174 Bradford Street, situated on the corner of Bradford Street and Priscilla Alden Road, is a beautiful Greek Revival home built in 1850. Carefully maintained and retaining many of the fine details of its 19^th century origins, 174 Bradford Street has all of the modern amenities expected in a quality rental including wireless DSL throughout the house.

The Living Room and Dining Room have their original pine floors with a working fireplace and six large windows for both light and the summer breeze from our location near Miller Hill. The Kitchen has all of the modern and convenient appliances to make your visit comfortable: washer/dryer; dishwasher; microwave oven; gas oven and all of the pots, pans and dinnerware that one would require. An outdoor gas grill and seating is available on the front and side decks and use of the side patio for outdoor dining.

In addition to the full bathroom on the first floor, there is a second full bathroom upstairs. Three bedrooms each with their own cable television with DVD/VCR; window air-conditioners and ceiling fan (since many guests prefer the fresh ocean breeze) Ample towels, sheets, beach towels and blankets. The Blue Room is situated on the Bradford Street side and is a large master queen-bedded bedroom; The Green Room is a very comfortable and quiet queen-bedded bedroom with views of the rear gardens and The Orange Room is a cozy and quiet queen-bedded bedroom with a view of the rear garden.
