Mimimum Stay during the Summer months is seven nights.
Spring and Fall months have a two night minimum.

Arrival time is after 3:00 pm and departure time is 10:00 am.

A 50% deposit is required upon the signing of a weekly or nightly rental agreement with the final payment due upon arrival.
Payment for a refundable $350 security deposit is upon your arrival.
All payments by personal check.

Each bedroom has a maximum occupancy of two people
and the house has a total capacity of six people.

Clean, well behaved pets and children are considered with advance notice. An additional security deposit for your pet may be required.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house.
Smokers are asked to enjoy their cigarettes outside on the various decks.

Refunds, less a 15% charge, will be made if property is re-rented during the period booked.
