How To Get To Provincetown

By Car

Whichever direction you are coming from, eventually they should lead to the Sagamore Bridge.

From Boston:   Southeast Expressway to Route 3 to the bridge

From NYC & Providence:   Route 195 to 495/24 then Exit 2 to Sagamore Bridge

From New York:   Mass Pike/Route 90 to Route 495 to Bridge. Take the Sagamore Bridge onto Route 6 and continue (for about one hour) until you reach Provincetown

Take the second Provincetown exit at Conwell Street (intersection with lights) – take a left onto Conwell to the end and then a left onto Bradford Street – the third left is Priscilla Alden Road – the house is on the corner and the parking area is the first driveway on the right on Priscilla Alden.

By Boat

All boats dock at Provincetown’s McMillan Wharf – there are two 90-minute fast ferries: one from the World Trade Center and one from Long Wharf, both in Boston.

From McMillan Wharf (a cab ride throughout Provincetown is around $6 per person) – if you walk it is about a 15-minute walk – proceed from the wharf and take a right onto Commercial Street – proceed down Commercial until you come to Dyer Street (8 short blocks) and take a left, go one block to Bradford and take a right and the house is across the street, up one block, on the corner of Priscilla Alden Road.
