Your second home in Provincetown is ready for you all year round. AFTERTHEBOAT offers rentals by the week in July and August, and with a two to three-night minimum throughout the remainder of the year.

Beds and Baths

The three upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, ceiling fan and central air-conditioning and ample towels, sheets, beach towels, umbrella, bathrobes and comforters.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen cable TV, clock radio with alarm, doors with their own individual locks and a power strip for your electronic equipment.

Two bedrooms have a desk and one bedroom has a couch/trundle bed. A full bathroom with shower is located on the second floor and another full bath is on the first floor.

Kitchen

The Kitchen has all of the modern and convenient appliances to make your visit comfortable: microwave, gas range, dishwasher; toaster oven; coffee maker; blender; high capacity front loading washer/dryer and all the high-quality pots, pans and dinnerware that a chef desires.

We keep the kitchen stocked with fresh oils, condiments and spices. There is a table that seats four in the kitchen. A gas grill and ample outdoor seating is located on the kitchen patio.

Living and Dining Rooms

The Living Room & Dining Room have original wide-plank floors with a true wood-burning fireplace in the dining room. Comfortable furnishings. HDTV smart television with premium On-Demand cable. Wireless Speaker, WiFi throughout. Chess table and Board games for your enjoyment. The first floor has large windows which allow for abundant light and fresh breezes. The dining table can seat up to 10 people and has an assortment of table linens and dinnerware for entertaining.

Outdoor Areas & Parking

The outdoor areas of AFTERTHEBOAT include the stunning front porch which overlooks Bradford Street and our perennial garden. The kitchen patio on the sunny south side of the house is brick with two large umbrellas and seating for a small crowd. The umbrellas make this a perfect spot to escape the afternoon sun. This is also where you find the gas grill and the hot/cold water equipped outdoor shower/changing room. A Kitchen herbal garden is planted for your use near the driveway. The driveway has parking for two cars and is accessed via Priscilla Alden Road and provides a secure area to lock your bicycles. A shed on the patio contains beach chairs and other outdoor items for your use.
